Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 電子工程系 === 102 === The purpose of this thesis is to develop a high input voltage and high output current DC-AC converter for the application of traction inverter in high power electric vehicles. The structure of this thesis in power stage will be achieved by paralleling massive discrete IGBTs in order to reach the desired performance. For the driver and protection circuits it will be done with the combination of discrete components and isolation IC. As for the inverter control signal it will be generated by Microchip 18F452 and other hardware circuits. In this thesis we will discuss the inverter design specifications, characteristics and most concerned parameters of the power components and design concept of driver circuit. Finally the demonstrated inverter achieved maximum 400 VDC input voltage and maximum 500 Arms AC output current at 10 kHz switching frequency.
