To find which weight analysis method is able to assess indicator properly for Construction Industry, we further explore the limiting conditions and the facing problems when construction corporations carry on weight analysis, finally, establishing a set of analysis method to provide construction corporations a reference for subsequent analysis method. According to the characteristics of Construction Industry, this study combines with DEA and PCA methods, from the viewpoint of operating efficiency to explore the relationship between the assessment indicators and Construction Industry, and decide the assessment indicators of input-output to carry on weight analysis for initial indicators. Furthermore, we integrate different views of some decision makers to define the independent weight values, it can make decision makers realize that the importance of the assessment indicators have influence on their enterprise. This study uses the data about customer satisfaction provided by a construction corporation in Taipei as a real case, and combines with the methods of DEA and PCA to analyze indicator weight. Finally, we apply the single method and the combined method to customer satisfaction on Construction Industry, and compare the result of these two methods. The results of the analysis is feasible.
