Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄大學 === 亞太工商管理學系碩士班 === 102 === This study took Fengshan branch office of Taiwan Power Company as the example to explore whether employee value and job satisfaction would have impact on job performance as well as whether job satisfaction possesses mediating effect between the relationship of employee value and job performance. According to the literature results, this study drew up the questionnaires and conducted general survey to the employees of the target company. There are 213 copies of valid questionnaires returned, with an effective return rate of 90.6%. The statistical software SPSS version 20.0 is utilized to conduct data analysis and verify the assumptions proposed in this study based on the statistical methods of descriptive statistics, one-sample t test, ANOVA and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the employees in Fengshan branch office of Taiwan Power Company think their company not only has a sound compensation system and working environment, but also provides diverse and appropriate education and training, which lead to higher employee value. The result of multiple regression analysis also showed that the employee value has a positive impact on job satisfaction and job performance. Also, job satisfaction has a positive impact on job performance. This means that, through the enhancement of employee value, it will increase employees’ job satisfaction and enhance job performance. The employees with higher satisfaction would have higher job performance. In addition, from the hierarchical regression analysis, it is found that job satisfaction has fully mediating effect on employee value and job performance, meaning that the relationship between employee value and job performance is affected by job satisfaction.
