Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄大學 === 化學工程及材料工程學系碩士班 === 102 === Over the past several years, the Dye-sensitized Solar Cells (DSSCs) are mainly studied by using liquid electrolytes in the devices. Liquid electrolytes are easy to leak or run off in the DSSC devices , whilst the components of these liquid electrolytes are seriously poisonous. In this work , we aim to solve this limitation of applications employing a solid-state hole transport material instead of liquid electrolytes in the DSSC devices. A Perovskite-based dye (methylammonium lead(II) iodide, CH3NH3PbI3) was prepared and used in the study. A series of the solid-state hole transport materials, conducting polymers (Poly(3-hexylthiophene)(P3HT)) and (Poly(4-(hexyloxy)-N,N-diphenylaniline (PHDPA)) and solid-state ionic liquid (4-hexadecany-1-methylimidazolium iodide (C16MImI)) , are assembled in the solid-state DSSCs. This kind of DSSC devices are tried to fabricate and studied the photo-electronic properties and device performance.
