| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立虎尾科技大學 === 工業工程與管理研究所在職專班 === 102 === With the recent national economic and political factors, defense budgets cut year by year, human resource continue to streamline, adjustment and consolidation. Its military personnel use just limited resources to create maximum supporting combat power, which is not only the primary goal, but also an international trend. Not just for the purposes of Taiwan, many new countries are also efforts toward this goal to reduce unnecessary waste of resources, and using direct property investment in the military to maximize combat power and effectiveness.
In this study, using theory of constraints to analyze the result of operating situation of each military aircraft with current implementation to discuss the error data that maintenance personnel input to maintenance management system after unscheduled maintenance. It might cause error rate, wasting of resource, overlapping investment and erroneous decision making. Therefore, this study found that the purpose of the theory of constraints, which can effectively reduce the error rate in order to improve overall system sophisticated operational processes smoothly and the value of the reference data.
