Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立虎尾科技大學 === 材料科學與綠色能源工程研究所 === 102 === In this study, Mg2SnO4 phosphors were synthesized by the sol–gel method. The effects of solution concentration, various dopant species and contents, and heat treatments on the structure, microstructure and luminescence were investigated. After annealing at 1000oC, the undoped and Mn-doped or Ti-doped powders began to form Mg2SnO4 structure with a small amount of residual MgO and SnO2 phases. Homogenous Mg2SnO4 phase can be obtained by annealing at 1200oC. The doping activators affect the particle size, morphology and specific surface area of powders. Under UV excitation, Mn-doped and Ti-doped phosphors showed emission bands centering at 500 nm and 440 nm, respectively, and a cyan emission band for sample co-doping with Mn and Ti.
