Synchronous rectification control technology is a solution for DC low voltage output. The diode at the output rectifier can be replaced by the MOSFET. Therefore, the conduction loss from the diode will be reduced and the efficiency of the buck converter can be improved significantly. However, this method will also lower the efficiency when the reactive power consumption caused by the inverse inductor current and the switching losses occur. The paper provides a control scheme to increase the efficiency at light load by using ZVS technique. Also, the hall sensor can induce the ripple of the inductor current to determine the zero position of it. The proposed paper has merits of control precisely and simply.
