Summary: | 碩士 === 國立虎尾科技大學 === 經營管理研究所在職專班 === 102 === After the financial tsunami in 2008, the real estate market in Taiwan has become much more competitive. Thus, understanding the impact of customer background and different house purchasing behaviors on the house purchasing decision factors is critical for construction industry. The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of different customer background and different house purchasing behaviors of primary school teachers in Yunlin County. Using frequency distribution, descriptive statistics, independent T test and one way-ANOVA to analyze the information from questionnaire. The results are described as follows:
1. The house purchasing decision factors of primary teachers from different backgrounds are significantly different. Gender, marital status and educational background are the sources which make house purchasing decision factors significantly different.
2. Different house purchasing behavior significantly impacts house purchasing decision factors of primary teacher. House purchasing experience, preferred market types, main source of house purchasing funding and house purchasing information all lead to the significant difference of house purchasing decision factors.
