This paper design and manufacture of ultrasonic welding head polishing, welding head design using ANSYS modal analysis to look mesh characteristics Taguchi method to find the best parameters of the target, and the ultrasound machine at the assembly stage polishing and grinding machines, in effect 15KHz frequency ultrasonic welding head general grinding and ultrasonic grinding experiments to study the specimen polishing quality, and measure the surface roughness, material removal rate and the observed specimen to study the output amplitude of the sound wave front and the welding head relations in order to achieve optimal polishing and grinding of abrasive grinding efficiency and enhance quality.
The results showed that ultrasonic polishing helps reduce material removal rate, improve the efficiency of the surface roughness, effectively improve the marks marks.
