The method of questionnaire survey is adopted to study the 5th and 6th grade students in one of the municipal elementary school in Taichung; a total number of 241 valid questionnaires are collected and analyzed with descriptive statistics , t-test, ANOVA, Pearson Product-Momentum Correlations, and multiple regression. The results and conclusions are as follows: 1.The situation of pupils’ perception of class teachers’ transformational leaderships is averagely good, in which the “knowledge innovation” is the best. 2.The situation of pupils’ perception of learning burn-out is averagely not serious, while “spiritual burn-out” is the worst. 3.The pupils who are at the 6th grand and leaders in a class consisting of 20 students show the best perception on class teachers’ transformational leaderships. 4.The pupils who are leaders in the class consisting of 21-29 students reveal the worst learning burn-out. 5.Teachers’ transformational leaderships has significantly negative impact on learning burn-out. Finally, some practical issues are proposed based on above results for the reference of elementary schools, class teachers, and further research.
