Facing environmental change, business consider team to be the main unit of en-hancing competitiveness. Synergy of developing team is depending on the adjustment of human resources's selection and organizational structure, and it should having more flexibility and appropriateness. Therefore, this study is summarizing past literature to distinguish between team cohesion and team intimacy focused on team-oriented re-search to SPSS18.0 the factor analysis, hierarchical regression verify two independent variables and organizational citizenship behavior , team performance of relationships and consider Science Park in Taipei tech industry a research object, explore the team in-timacy individually under the action of team cohesion , team performance of the inti-macy, and the mediating effect of organizational citizenship behavior to be addressed , by the findings Corollary team analyzed the importance of team intimacy significantly greater than team cohesion and team performance resulting in a important and decisive role. Nowadays, the internal organization of the management and operation in business, relies on team members interacting with each other, their impact is really great. However, we noticed from the previous academic, there are so less research exploring "team intimacy" and "team cohesion" so we consider the motivation of this study, also consider it subsequent academic research and attaching importance of this management issue.
