This study used cluster sampling survey methods, respectively, business people in northern, central, southern and eastern parts of the sampling object, according to the proportion of the population distributed 800 questionnaires, 520 valid questionnaires, the effective recovery rate of 65%, in order to carry out SPSS statistical software Empirical data analysis. The results show that job satisfaction, organizational commitment has a significant impact; organizational culture on organizational commitment has a significant positive explanatory power, the results of this study as a reference in the life insurance industry's traditional sales channels of operation.
