碩士 === 靜宜大學 === 資訊工程學系 === 102 === This study proposes a motion description language to define human skeleton movement. We view a simple action as a 3-step composition: a beginning pose, an ongoing movement, and an ending pose. Complex actions can be composed by actions in sequence or in parallel. We call a sequence of actions as a move and a parallel of actions as a motion. We apply the above language to define all flag semaphore actions and successfully recognize them.
