It takes 30 common-used medicine of one supplier and uses the information of consumption of medicine as well as the medicine in reserve over the years as the data of demand prediction. The study constructs the Vendor-Managed Inventory (VMI) replenishment model as reference for setting the standard quantity and safety quantity of the system through the prediction mode. The study also enhances the safety of the patients and the operation performance of the hospital through the management. Based on the shortened delivery time and the satisfaction of the patients’ demand, we find that the result of the research can save more than current inventory costs by putting the signal prediction model the existing order quantity into comparison. Also, it can reduce the man-made errors caused by inventory staffs setting subjectively through a real-time system monitoring and immediate correction. Additionally, it can effectively decrease inventory and increase inventory turnover by adopting prediction inventory management. It is an upgrade for patients’ security and quality of care if the supplier can meet the needs at once. Tsai, Sui-Fu 蔡穗馥 2014 學位論文 ; thesis 102 zh-TW
