Especially, Taiwan's Small And Medium Enterprises (SME)plays a pivotal role to create value added, promoting economic growth, provide employment opportunities, and balanced urban-rural gap in the economic development. According to the statistics, more than 90% of Small And Medium Enterprises is family business in Taiwan. The strategy of the success family business is underestimated influence in Taiwan and even in the world. The strategy of family business is influence the future of enterprise. Enterprises have to relying on excellent inheritance mechanism to adapt time and environment changes, so that enterprises will continuous generate capacity to achieve sustainable operated. This study use case study and base on "qualitative research", except to collecting secondary data, but also use cases and observation methods and concludes "perfect business succession plan," " emphasize talent." , "hired professional managers", "create enterprise fresh look", " adjust management mechanism of enterprise" , these five main focus is important succession and innovation of family business. Over 90 percent of enterprises in Taiwan are family business, the problem of succession is business management and operational planning, meanwhile must consider about complex kinship and share future. We can realize the different of the family business and enterprise organizational structure, but the succession and innovation are invisible necessary foundation of enterprises culture and family governance. Succession and innovation are also important core value to create a family business
