This study use Shalu District Luliao Village as the research area, the interviewees including Township, farmers and students in the research area, and they will have in-depth interview survey. The study target is to realize whether the people support the local construction and public service of government. We can realize the recommendations and the attention matters of government raised up in study. 1. Focus on local construction and the requirement of people. 2. Actively improve the quality of public service management. 3. Tracking and inspect cases with effective implement and control. 4. Complete responsibility sharing of the local and the municipal government unit. 5. Take the construction of district as the policy foundation.
