碩士 === 實踐大學 === 社會工作學系碩士班 === 102 === Abstract With the purpose of exploring the factors related to retirement adaptation, this study interviewed 250 retired saints aged 50 and above from the church in New Taipei City. Self-administered questionnaires of retirement preparation (RP) and retirement adaptation (RA) were used to collect data from February to March, 2014. The responding rate of the questionnaires was 92%. SPSS 18.0 Statistical Package was used to establish files and conduct data analysis. Several variables such as “self-perceived health,” “education,” and “scores of retirement preparation” were significantly correlated with scores of retirement adaptation.
