As a result, the minor and small enterprises and even individuals are frequently trapped by problems of raising funds on their ways to develop.The emergence of masses fund collection, which path a new way for minor and small enterprises and micro enterprises to raise money. This research takes the project- FlyingV, a platform to raise money in Taiwan, for an example, making a through inquiry about the influent factors of project success.The outcome of the research indicates that the goal amount, the broadcasting times of project clips, the recommendation numbers by Face Book, the responses of investors, and the progress report all have obvious positive relationships with project success.The goal amount has negative relationship with project success. The lower the goal amount is, the more likely the project to be a success. On the other variables factors, like the recommendation times by Face Book which give the project more times to be exposed as a kind of reputation marketing.The conclusion of this paper reveals the recommendation times have obvious positive relationship with project success.The broadcasting times of project clips, the progress report, and the interaction with sponsors regarded in the documents indicates that if it can reduce the sponsors’ perceived risk, it can make them have more willing to support projects.And the three variables as regarded can cut down their perceived risk.
