In addition to providing employees with basic hygiene factor care outside the bank, how to improve morale and enhance job accomplishments to achieve job satisfaction via motivators is very important issue to address for management. This study aimed to utilize two-factor theory as an analytical framework. Through qualitative research methods, I conducted in-depth interviews directed to financial professional in Generation Y to understand their association with job satisfaction and resignation intention. The study found that the self growth in the carrier is what colleagues in Generation Y ask for. Meanwhile, heath plans and incentives affect a professional’s job satisfaction and performance as well. The finding of the study has inspired managers that they should try understand what young colleagues need and provide them with timely encouragement and recognition. In this way, the department can create a better work efficiency and lower the turnover intention.
