碩士 === 世新大學 === 傳播管理學研究所(含碩專班) === 102 === This thesis aimed to figure out the social effect of the Chinese policies as “Entertainment Restriction” and “Ban on Extravagance”, which are implemented in about 2011-2014. Through literature review and qualitative approach, this thesis analyzed the current situation and market environments of Taiwanese talents in Mainland China. With depth interviewing 9 high-level-practitioners in media field, it summed up with providing business-operative strategies and feasible suggestions for Taiwanese entertainment artists and agencies. The result of this study revealed that “Entertainment Restriction” policy is not carried out specifically to be hard on Taiwanese talents but for regulating Chinese provincial Satellite TV Stations. However, via procedure for approval and examination, the officials can influence the opportunity of Taiwanese talents. Meanwhile, the effect of “Ban on Extravagance” policy is much overwhelmed and seriously. Not only Taiwanese talents can feel the chill of political climate but also Mainland Chinese artists meet the reduction of performance chances. In general, Taiwanese talents have strength in the Mainland China Market but now face the international competition. The national policy and indications between cross strait market integration is seemed necessary.
