In the foreseeable future the installation rate will become higher. Under the in-tensive development, many communities have their own parking lots. If the house doesn’t have the space for parking, it will be hard to sell, Parking management be-comes very important. This study indicates by using E-Tag for entry access control, it could prevent spoilage and battery consumption from using the remote control. when vehicle access into the parking garage. Through integrating lighting automation and control systems, effectively saving half of the electricity effectively. Furthermore, the using of light to guide the vehicle to the designated parking spaces. Moreover, Elevator controls to reduce users’ wait time. In addition, users can control vehicle access privileges by the home burglar button. To achieve the goal of energy-saving with effect, security and easy to use.
