| Summary: | 碩士 === 世新大學 === 觀光學研究所(含碩專班) === 102 === The purpose of this research was to analysis the volunteer participating motivations of community development association in urban area, the research based on qualitative and in-depth interviews. The main idea of this research are “achievement motivation”, “friendly motivation”, and “power motivation”. According to the member of community development association, I choice eight community development association, twenty volunteers to in-depth interview, and analyze their thought and comments.
The result comes out below aspects, the motivation of volunteer service are " a good training method to upgrade yourself," "good models to your family," "a power of spiritual growth," "can develop confidence and a sense of achievement," "can improve self-image", "can be a plus for the workplace "," to expand the scope of friends "," can fulfill social responsibility ".
According to above results will provide community development association suggestions and comments to improve the environment of volunteer service, that will enhance the participation motivation of volunteers, and provide suggestions to researcher in the future that volunteer work can be sustainable development.
