Summary:碩士 === 聖約翰科技大學 === 電機工程系碩士班 === 102 === This Master’s thesis is about the development of a fault diagnosis software for electrical equipment using spectral analysis based on Fourier transform theory. The signal generator and oscilloscope used to test the software were NI-5402 FGEN and NI-5124 SCOPE, respectively. The function generator is used as an input to the hardware that needs to be tested. The oscilloscope is connected to the output of the hardware. Then use DL/T911、IEEE、IEC standard to analyse power transforms are fine. In this study, the software can simultaneously capture IEPE signal, display the real-time voltage data on screen, perform real-time spectrum analysis, record a file to do further assessment analysis, set certain rules for the detection of real time signals, and output warning signals when some of the set conditions are met. This electrical equipment fault diagnosis system software was written in JAVA, while the driver was written in C to link various hardware devices. The software functionality is not limited to just Labview CVI. The hardware is not limited to certain manufacturers either. The modularity and scalability features of both the software and hardware possess a high degree of economic value.
