Summary:碩士 === 聖約翰科技大學 === 工業工程與管理系碩士在職專班 === 102 === The purpose of this study was to use theory of constraints (TOC) to shorten the production time of the fitness equipment, maximize production capacity, on-time delivery and suppliers to improve the frequency of delivery on times, in order to enhance the plant manufacturer competitiveness and ensure market share. First, engineersmake sure to find out where the bottlenecksarein the production line, then explore the reasons of thebottleneck for usinga lot of hours. Final, bottleneck improvement can effectively increase the volume of output in order to shorten the production cycle and on-time delivery. After one year of validation of this theory,the fitness equipment industry assembly line process has been improved.Results showed that production hourshavebeen reduced and no additional human and financial resourceswe've required. the theory applied to this case company has enhanced the overall production efficiency and on-time delivery.
