The purpose of this study mainly divides into four parts, the first part is to explore the brokers after opening characteristics of the luxury tax in involved in correlation between the degree of perceived risk. The second part is to explore the brokers after opening characteristics of the luxury tax in the correlation between the perceived risk of sales job satisfaction. The third part is to explore the brokers after opening characteristics of the luxury tax in involvement degree of correlation between sales job satisfaction. The fourth part is to explore consciousness after opening characteristics of the luxury tax risk in the degree of involvement and sales whether has a mediating effect between job satisfaction. This research by way of a questionnaire to fill out the housing placement, this study before the formal release questionnaire has 30 of the forecast of the questionnaire, and the forecast of the issuance of a questionnaire for began in December 2013, and in January 2014 after recovery, then use the forecast of the questionnaire analysis of reliability and validity analysis, pilot test results no problem after began to issue a formal questionnaire, and formal questionnaires out of 300, including 22 for waste volume, by the rest of the 278 questionnaires with SPSS software version 20.0 to statistics and analysis, the research results show that: the degree of involvement have lower significantly positive influence on perceived risk, perceived risk has a significant positive effect on sales job satisfaction, the degree of involvement has a significant positive effect on sales job satisfaction, perceived risk in the degree of involvement has partial intermediary effect between job satisfaction and sales. 李勝榮 2014 學位論文 ; thesis 49 zh-TW |
