Under the instruction and coaching of Ministry of National Offense, military academies have started to set up a sound e-Learning environment to fulfill the policy “Promote lifelong learning to enhance the military soldiers’ quality”. E-learning platforms have benefits on easy accessibility and rich teaching materials. However, many researches are focusing more on how to cultivate students’ information literacy than on teachers’ quality, which is the key factor in e-Learning promotion. Therefore, this study focuses on the military education officers in Air Force Institute of Technology to understand the factors that influence the officers’ willingness of utilizing e-Learning system by using “Technology Acceptance Model” (TAM). The study gives and collects 170 paper questionnaires and the result reveals that military education officers’ self-directed study and internet literacy as well as organization condition have positive influence on the perception of usefulness and easy accessibility of e-Learning system respectively. Also, the officers’ perception of usefulness can positively affect their perception of easy accessibility and their perception for both has positive influence on their willingness of utilizing the system.
