The author has used quantitative research method with multivariate statistics techniques such as descriptive statistics, testing scale reliability, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and analysis of variance. The total numbers of surveyed samples are 250 investigated sheets issued. In this number, there are 200 sheets responded regularly, the response rate is up to 80 percentage. The results of this study show that there are four factors influencing general job satisfaction: (1) work itself, (2) training and promotion, (3) supervisors and (4) pay. The factor "pay" does not have significant impact on job satisfaction of employees. Among these determinant factors on job satisfaction, the strongest is "work itself " followed by "supervisors", "pay" and the weakest is "training and promotion". In addition, it is proven in this research that demographic factors do not affect the perception of job satisfaction of employees. At the end, the author demonstrates the contribution, the meaning of the study and proposes some solutions to improve job satisfaction of pre-school teachers.
