In the trend of international integration as the current, exploring the factor that affect customer satisfaction when using ford product is the one of the measure to increase the competitive position of an assembly plant, create the trust for the consumer and get a large market share. With the desire to provide customer satisfaction, enhance the roles of the company’s competitive position, the target of the research focus in to the major elements which have a direct impact on customer satisfaction to provide a solution to improve product quality at Ford Vietnam.
