Summary:碩士 === 南台科技大學 === 企業管理系 === 102 === The materials offer many scheme such as to simplify, exquisite in order to reduce the military volunteers. At the same time they reduce labour issue of duty. Their first aim is that founding some high intelligent, professional skill and have big ideal people. This study is to survey the factors which could psychologically and physically affect the Air force Volunteers who based in Southern area. The materials were collected and analyzed through questionnaires. The questionaries were distributed over 339 copies in total. The valid gathering questionnaires were 330 copies. The response ratio is 97.34%. This is to discover the causes of work stress and overloading and how they affect soldiers’ psychological and physical health. Thus, we can provide appropriate assistances and consultations accordingly to lower the effects of harm for health. The basic of the study is used by JD-R Model. those questionnaires were conducted in the analysis way of descriptive statistics analysis, t test, one-way ANOVA, Correlation Analysis and Regression Analysis.The result of statistic and analysis can help find out how the work loading and stress affect the soldiers’ performances and health in the camp, and then we can offer some solutions and recommendations accordingly. We expect to provide better working environment and communication channels in their career of Air Force Volunteers. (一) Air Force Volunteer Officers and Soldiers’ sensation towards work demand tends negative; sensation for role conflicts remains at the highest. (二) For work resource, sensation of whether be supported or identified appears to be agreeable. Support from colleagues is the most obvious. (三) For health effects, sensation tends negative, the work stress is perceived high. (四) Work load affects health of Air Force Volunteer Officers and Soldiers the most. (五) The more supports from colleagues or supervisors, the less work stress they sense; the more supports from organization or colleagues, the burnout decreases as well. the more supports from colleagues, and sensation of Possibilities for development, the sleeping trouble will decreases.
