Summary:碩士 === 南台科技大學 === 光電工程系 === 102 === The development of high-power light emitting diodes,the white-LED package technology has become an important research issue. In this study ,we use sandpaper for surface rough. Then control the dispensing time and concentration of phosphors to enhance light power. In this thesis, we use U.S unit CAMI’s sandpaper, to surface rough phosphor layer with six different size were 80, 120, 180, 240, 360, 1000CW respectively. By varying degrees of roughening, to enhance LED’s light output power. With different roughening’s particle, the light output power will have different changes. The light output power’s enhance can reach to 31%. But CIE will deviate from white light. By change the time of dispensing, increase the thickness of the phosphor layer. And it will let deviate blue’s LED pullback to the white light range. Although the output power will be decrease slight. But the CIE is improved.
