Teaching in Taiwan has always been a very rewarding and respected career because teachers’ selfless dedication to the teaching profession, so are held in great reverence. However, in the tide of democracy of the world, people generally raise the level of legal knowledge, and also attaches great importance to human rights. The problems that teachers encounter now will be more than in the past as for some things that the teacher did but did not significantly norms are one by one began to be gradually emphasized; to be a traffic safety guard for students is one of the examples. The first chapter leads to the motivation and purposes of the research, and explains the main research focus of this study. The second chapter is to structurally proposed the current status of the teachers be the traffic safety guards and the research questions of this study. The third chapter is from the current legal rights and obligations to better understand the specifications that teachers subjected to. Chapter four discussed what are the legitimate rights for teachers to be traffic safety guards with the current regulations, and whether the teachers are obliged to the work. Chapter five focused on the interviews with educational administration and teachers to raise practical problems and difficulties that teachers faced. Chapter six is the study findings and the suggestions for the future revisions of the law.
