Summary:碩士 === 南台科技大學 === 高階主管企管碩士班 === 102 === In order to streamline the organization and the human, the National Defense of Ministry executed the Jing-Shih program, Jing-Jin program, and Jing-Tsui program since 1997. In the near future, the National Defense of Ministry is going to propose a reform called Yong-Gu program and it shows that the National Ministry continually faces reform. As a part of the National Ministry, the National Ministry Arsenal can not stay out. This study investigates the relevance between organizational learning, organizational commitment, organizational change, job performance and other related research and adopts convenience sampling method, to members of the military production plant sampling target, a total of 450 questionnaires, 398 valid questionnaires total recovery was 88.4 %, and non-response bias and CMV are not found in our samples. The results show that organizational learning has a significant impact on the organizational commitment, organizational commitment has a significant impact on job performance, organizational change has a significant impact on organizational commitment. However, organizational change has no moderating effects on organizational learning and organizational commitment or on organizational commitment and job performance. Finally, managerial implications and future research directions are discussed.
