Summary:碩士 === 南台科技大學 === 行銷與流通管理系 === 102 === Supply chain management strategies are popular in recent years because supply chain management strategies are discussed and used by many companies. This article discussed a trader that adopt pull strategy to run their purchase and logistics process, and its strategy cause the trader have inventory and bad customer service because the lead time of its suppliers are different. The reason is products of some suppliers in the trader on time and others are delay to cause some products must stay in this trader until whole products in this trader. In this article, we understand the reasons of the front problems, and we used push-pull strategy to change the logistics process of this trader to test if this trader can get better results. According to the results of real-world test problem,the inventory cost can reduce 41.34% and reduced the interest for inventory by 14.55%. we can get better results than before.
