碩士 === 大仁科技大學 === 休閒事業管理研究所 === 102 === At the Athens Olympics in 2004, as the country won two gold and one silver medal, Taekwondo caught the people's attention. This study discussed Taekwondo student motivation and presents an analysis of factors which hinder the continuation of the development of Taekwondo. It is a complete system environment which joined effectively can work properly. The relevant units attach importance to the development of the national sport of Taekwondo. Pingtung County Taekwondo students participated in the study, which aims to understand the differences in participation of Taekwondo student's motivation and constraintss of the situation, moreover to understand Taekwondo student motivation and hindrance correlation through analysis of factors. This study conducted a formal questionnaire survey, a total of 330, the effective rate of 100%. To SPSS12.0 for Windows Chinese version of the package descriptive statistics, item analysis, factor analysis, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis. The results are as follows 1.part of the motivation difference: gender in Pingtung County Taekwondo trainees 'venues and facilities, environmental impact, professional skills coach "three dimensions was significant, different levels of education in the Pingtung area Taekwondo trainees' movement development "was significant dimensions, different times of the Pingtung area to participate in Taekwondo trainees' environmental impact, interpersonal skills coach" three dimensions was significant different in the Pingtung area weekly training time Taekwondo trainees "Sports development, interpersonal skills coach" three dimensions was significant, different ranking of the best students in Pingtung area Taekwondo "sports development" dimension was significant. 2.the difference between the part of the hindering factors: Pingtung Taekwondo students of different genders in "individual competence, exercise fun, curriculum planning," three dimensions was significant, different levels of education in the Pingtung area Taekwondo trainees' personal competence sports fun, curriculum planning, "three dimensions reached a significant level, a different time to participate in the Pingtung area Taekwondo Taekwondo trainees' personal competence, sports fun" dimension was significant different in the Pingtung area weekly training time Taekwondo Hall trainees 'significant others' perspectives was significant, different ranking of the best students in Pingtung area Taekwondo "sport fun, curriculum planning" dimension was significant. 3.motivation and constraintss related to the case: motivation and constraintss with a positive relationship, which means that students participate in Pingtung County Taekwondo motivation is higher, the higher the hindering factors.
