This responsibility creates enormous pressure for the Taipei Rapid Transit Corporation and its workers. Employees may participate in leisure recreation and relieve stress, or hinder this opportunity. This study aims to understand the Taipei Rapid Transit Corporation employees participation in recreational and leisure and the hindering factors involved. Their correlation, will be investigated by and the questionnaire and quantitative methods. Taipei Rapid Transit Corporation Research Station of Suang Lian formal staff, pre-test to 60 people were included in a trial for elevator maintenance sample, a formal questionnaire was conducted of Suang Lian station employees including 604 people. After the questionnaires were collected, 356 copies were recovered with no missing values, the recovery rate was 58.94%. Then recovered data was input using statistical software (spss19.0) descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, t-test and ANOVA analysis. The results were as follows: IV First, art appreciation activities and factors have improved the correlation between the social status of employee participation and of the higher arts appreciation activities, keeping the hindrance lower. Second, outdoor recreational activities associated with significant obstacles related to the Taipei Rapid Transit Corporation Suang Lian station. The staff involved in leisure activities, showed a higher level of involvement lowering the extent of its barriers. Third, fitness and entertainment factors have a notable significant level of hindrance to display "Taipei Rapid Transit Corporation Suang Lian station employees' participation of higher level of fitness and entertainment activities, have a lower level of impediments through interest. Fourth, family services and factors hindered on a significant level, Suang Lians' station employee involvement of Family Services grew higher as barriers fell. The results are displayed of the Taipei MRT study found, the higher the level of participation, the lower level of leisure constraints. I hope the relevant departments may find the above as a reference of staff leisure participation.
