After compilation of all the data, SPSS12.0 was used to perform descriptive statistical analysis, independent sample T test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson's product-moment correlation coefficient analysis. The research results were summarized as follows: the main source of water knowledge were school advocacy, followed by teaching and television broadcasting; the main source of schoolchildren’ drinking water, were the tap water, followed by water stations, and groundwater; The cognition of domestic water among those schoolchildren was above middle level, their behavior to domestic water tended to positive; the schoolchildren’ cognition of domestic water was affected by studying regional, gender ; while behavior of domestic water affected by school size. The schoolchildren’ cognition of domestic water and behavior were significantly low positive related correlated.
