| Summary: | 碩士 === 大仁科技大學 === 文化創意產業研究所 === 102 === In 2008, Taiwan government announced 6 new key industries for future economic development and cultural and creative industries were one of them. Researches on law establishment of cultural and creative industries have been conducted since the enactment the Law for the Development of the Cultural and Creative Industries on Feb. 3, 2010.
In this research, first, the researcher tries to interpret the cultural policy, the Law for the Development of the Cultural and Creative Industries, and government files in order to have a basic understanding of the background of the law establishment and policy aspect.
Second, the researcher makes comparisons among different versions during different stages of the law establishment. Finally, the researcher offers suggestions to the Law for the Development of the Cultural and Creative Industries and the directions for law modifications in the future.
