In recent years, the rise of international medical tourism, through the Joint Commission International(hereinafter referred to as JCI) accredited hospitals, regarded as the preferred international medical tourism hospital. Hospital accreditation in the relevant literature, mostly affecting the quality of care or dwell on the operating mode of the pair, few studies explore the hospital system and service innovation is rated at hospital accreditation system. For purposes of this study JCI accreditation system, and then explore the implications of hospital policies to promote service innovation. This research is exploratory research, a case study for the current JCI accredited hospital in Taiwan, data collection, including cases of secondary data-depth interviews with experts, a total of 13 hospitals to get 959 service innovation events. There are 5 finding discovered by the study:Finding 1:service innovation to create value primarily from the hospital ethics of technology, hospital capabilities of organizational, hospital capabilities of technology, hospital ethics of organizational, hospital capabilities of technology and hospital ethics of organizational service innovation is relatively small. Finding 2:more emphasis on regional hospitals hospital capabilities of organizational service innovation, medical centers are focused on hospital ethics of technology service innovation. Finding 3:There is more emphasis on the religious philosophy of hospital organizations service innovation, compared to non-religious philosophy hospital technology service innovative more high. Finding 4:more emphasis on hospital ethics of technology before the hospital accreditation, more emphasis on hospital capabilities of organizational after the hospital accreditation, after the hospital accreditation, after the hospital accreditation service innovation events is relatively small. Finding 5:Pass the JCI accredited hospitals once more attention to hospital capabilities of organizational, but neglected hospital ethics of organizational. Pass the JCI accredited hospitals twice more attention to hospital ethics of technology, although the hospital capabilities of organizational service innovative decline, but in the hospital capabilities of technology and hospital ethics of organizational balanced development individually rising trend.
