This study discovers the differences among national cultures in Slovakia, Taiwan and Mexico, and current cultural tendencies of these countries. Based on the obtained results this study presents implications regarding management of people, particularly work relationships, management tools and organization structures. This is discovered through cultural dimensions updated for Slovakia, Mexico and Taiwan using methodology of Fons Trompenaars. Quantitative research method is applied in this study. Descriptive analysis, ANOVA and Post hoc analysis are employed to analyze the collected data. The questionnaire is designed based on Trompenaars 7 national culture dimensions. A total of 337 respondents from Slovakia, Taiwan and Mexico serve as the sample base for the study. This work is the first of its kind comparing Slovakia, Mexico and Taiwan. It can serve as a guide to smooth business negotiations in these 3 countries, identifying areas of potential conflicts among the cultures of Slovaks, Mexicans and Taiwanese in the workplace. It concludes by presenting culturally specific recommendations for management of Slovaks, Mexicans and Taiwanese.
