碩士 === 亞洲大學 === 光電與通訊學系 === 102 === In the epoch of advanced information technology, anything, such as physical, transportation, and financing, may be related to information technology. Every action of an individual, even opening eyes or closing eyes, is closely related. The development of such technology has made it easy to collect and exchange physiological signals so that healthcare can be carried out. In this thesis we study using database to collect users daily blood pressures and other personal information so that the information can be exchanged between managers or hospitals. According to the input data, the system is able to give advices and indications to fulfil healthcare. We deploy a web site and use database for the users to log in and input their daily blood pressures. The system creates a personal profile information and indexes for each user in the database. After inputting their own blood pressure values and other information, the users are then guided to a dedicated web page which shows the advices according to the input data. Users can also send messages to the system manager and the manager can use a management web page to response messages or to support consultations according to users’ individual conditions. The system effectively integrates the users physiological data and personal user details, provides healthcare advices and consultations, and implements the application of healthcare using database.
