| Summary: | 碩士 === 亞洲大學 === 國際企業學系碩士在職專班 === 102 === The main objective of this thesis research to understand the National Park " volunteer interpreters " - in Shei-Pa National Park as an example , and local " narrator " - sightseeing and cultural commentator in Miaoli example, discusses the various units in the training of " volunteer guides " in spaniels , management and sustainable development on the dilemma facing , while the two explanations system commentary " volunteer " work undertaken by cross-referencing , and then explore the different units , different levels of personnel recruitment , selection , covering a range of form the differences . In the study and discussion of this interpretation system , " volunteers " in the management regime and institutional explanations of marketing , differences between the two , are derived from a variety of different results , resulting in training units and personnel in the business of promoting the loss of , rotation, caused by the unit , contractors, commentary " volunteer " and visitors are subject to positive and negative effects.
