In the study and discussion of this interpretation system , " volunteers " in the management regime and institutional explanations of marketing , differences between the two , are derived from a variety of different results , resulting in training units and personnel in the business of promoting the loss of , rotation, caused by the unit , contractors, commentary " volunteer " and visitors are subject to positive and negative effects. Expect this study to provide national park and local authorities even relevant agencies in the recruitment , screening test and training commentary " volunteers " to provide a reference when , but also in the management of energy on a clearer direction to the response to the sustainable management rooted . In response to these problems in Shei-Pa National Park of Culture and Tourism and obligations Miaoli commentary " volunteer " mainly discussed , looking forward to the relevant terminology usage and significance has been clarified , and related " volunteer " training , re-education , spaniels , management , marketing ............... etc., have a clearer and positive forward guidance, hope our " volunteer guides " in the sound system, with good service quality and development, but also look forward to gradually push World international arena.
