The study was divided into three areas of contact experience with with hospice social workers, the impact of collaboration issues, social worker involvement in trans-disciplinary medical team influence factors. The selection consists of six female respondents, ages ranging from 20 to 40 years olds participating in a hospice trans-disciplinary medical team for more than one year. The study's findings were as follows:(1) they experienced meaning and a value of life change and self-awareness, to understand the respondents put into into a hospice experience impact of motivation and attitude to participate in trans-disciplinary collaboration in the future;(2)they experienced trans- disciplinary teamwork with insiders and outsiders, limited to the authority of traditional medical practice, facing it as one unit, with their professional autonomy limited ,and easy to produce role ambiguity or overlapping roles when participating in teamwork with other members;(3) they had a division of labor within the team "flexibility and clarity" and conscious understanding and cohesion, releasing the limited role of social workers and maintenance of team consensus in a timely fashion. Finally, the research proposals regarding hospice social worker education and participation in trans-disciplinary teamwork practice ,including strengthening of social worker involvement in trans-disciplinary teamwork training, to enhance self-identity in social workers, emphasizing the relationship of team building, to promote a balance of power among team members and establish an external system of teamwork supervision.
