But the present in the clouds still has many systems of problem, such as cause system service because of the different information system used by different section the tight close coupling cause the content doesn't easily compose with defects like subordinate; Many users while using the environment of database and numerous services at the same time, its data quantity will be very huge and time-consuming, the system can`t promise provide of service ability in good time and in the right place of to the user. Therefore, this study first use of service-oriented architecture to improve the system environment, the use of service-oriented architecture, enabling different organizations to develop web services can learn from each other and interact, as well as taking in to account the importance of safety and manageability. Again is the use of resources to achieve real-time monitoring systems and quality of service between users, so that users of different quality of service requirements without interrupting service, customized capacity building with cloud software and maintenance services. Finally, health care system will be an example to prove that our proposed research framework is achievable and effective to various medical institutions for reference and use in the build system.
