Summary:碩士 === 東海大學 === 教育研究所在職專班 === 102 === This study investigated the current state of the homeroom teacher’s transformational leadership, classroom atmosphere, and students’ learning attitude and explored the difference of varibles contrasted by student’s different backgrounds; meanwhile, it also provided an insight into the relationship among those varibles and the predictable conditions of students’ learning attitude. Questionnaire survey was applied in this study and the subjects were 635 eighth grade students in junior high school in Taichung City. With stratified random sampling, 588 questionnaires were collected and analyzed with SPSS. The results were summarized as the following points: The level of homeroom teacher’ transformational leadership, classroom atmosphere and students’ learning attitude is above the average. 1. In regard to homeroom teachers’ transformation leadership, female students are motivated better than male ones. Students interested in the homeroom teacher’s subject receive more influence than those who show no interest in that. High achievement stuedents are inspired better than low achievement ones. 2. In regard to classroom atmosphere, students interested in the homeroom teacher’s subject have a better perception than those who show no interest in that. 3. In regard to students’ learning attitude, female students are better than male ones. Students interested in the homeroom teacher’s subject have better learing attitude than those who show no interest in that. High achievement stuedents also show better learning attitude than low achievement ones. 4. The corelation is significant in the following situations: between teachers’ transformational leadership and classroom atmosphere, between theacher’s transformational leadership and students’ learning attitude, and between classroom atmosphere and students’ learning attitude. 5. Homeroom teachers’ transformational leadership acts as the most influential variable to predict the behavior of students’ learning attitude. . In conclusion, based on the results, this study proposed some suggestions for educational institutions, homeroom teachers, and administrators in junior high school as well as further research.
