Nonetheless, the quantity of HC-type environmental refrigerants are increasing year by year due to its application on so many appliances recently, and this kind of refrigerant possesses pyrophoric property which could lead to industrial security accidents if its recycle or recovery procedure is not performed appropriately. Thus, this study aimed at implementation of assessment about recovery rate through field investigation against 13 refrigerant recovery factories in domestic arena, with comprehension of their refrigerants recovery quantity and usage status of their recovery equipment, according to the collected data, we could carry out assessment on recovery status of wasted appliances inside the country, thus, it could be compared with usage status of recovery equipment by linear regression analysis to understand correlation between each other. The evaluation results showed that the recovery average of refrigerant from freezers, air conditioners and foamed refrigerant of freezers are 36.6%, 28.3% and 51.9% respectively. Although the recovery rate inside the country is higher than the specific values in legal regulations, however, it is still lower than those in Japan. On the other hand, the results from linear regression analysis showed that there is close correlation between refrigerant recovery and the operators’ manipulation and complete recovery of refrigerator oil as well. And there is also tight connection between foamed refrigerants and impermeability of grinders for freezers, therefore, this study aims at improvement of the methods above and hope to improve the recovery rate of wasted appliance refrigerants inside our country. 張添晉 2014 學位論文 ; thesis 97 zh-TW
