At first, we used stratified structure method. Each layer emitted one wavelength. There were four kinds of QDs, and coated seven QDs-polymer layers. The result of this QDs WLED showed a warm white light with CIE-1931 coordinates of (0.3891, 0.3847), a CRI of 68.44, and a Tc of 3832.78K at an input voltage 10 V and current 500 mA. The second, we mixed four kinds of QDs-polymer together, and coated one layer on the ultraviolet LED. Under the same measurement conditions, showed a warm white light with CIE-1931 coordinates of (0.3923, 0.3871), a CRI of 61.55, and a Tc of 3773.86 K.
