Their selection criteria cover the appearance of the car, the interior texture, the handling performance, and even the strength of the body structure. For instance, people will consider not only the outside appearance of the car but also the feeling after they enter the car. However, there is another key factor that will also influence buyers’ decision that is the design and functionality of car doors. Although this seems not very important, the quietness and mechanics design of car doors truly enhances consumers evaluation result. In other words, people are seeking the tight closed sound and tight mechanics design during the door switch process. Thus, in recent years, many automotive plants also put a lot of effort to further enhance the quality of the door design. That is because when a car door closing sound is poor or the problem with difficulty of closing door, the consumers will start to complain the quality of the vehicle, thus reducing the willingness to buy. Through the analysis of car door closing factor, energy conversion, we can investigate the ratio of the factor and conduct the real car testing. We can also take this article as a reference for the subsequent manufacture of vehicle design.
