| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 有機高分子研究所 === 102 === This study is to strengthen SingtexR e-PTFE composite film and make the process to be suitable for existing production line. A polytetrafluoroethylene composite film and a method for manufacturing the same are provided.
The polytetrafluoroethylene composite film includes a polytetrafluoroethylene film having a mesh, and a coating made of THV. The coating adheres to the mesh of the polytetrafluoroethylene film. The polytetrafluoroethylene composite film forms a plurality of pores by means of the mesh and the coating.
The polytetrafluoroethylene composite film not only has excellent mechanical strength, but also maintain gas-permeable and waterproof features through the pores, and is oleophobic because of the properties of polytetrafluoroethylene and the coating. This study modified the texture of the e-PTFE composite film by using different concentrations of THV modifier, oil repellents, and mutiple processing ways.
