As one of the rapidly developing countries, Mongolia is at the vital point of developing the country in a most significant and beneficial way; thus people in Mongolia are trying to get the best knowledge including English to compete in international community. However, there are thousands of “overeducated” unemployed people whose knowledge can’t reach the market demand and company’s requirement. In the field of professional engineering, and market demand from the companies’ requirements are undoubtedly asking the knowledge of English. This study is aimed to find out engineering students’ opinion about English subject, hear their neediness, whether they are happy with current service from the school regarding the English by integration of Kano model and Importance Performance Analysis. And further suggest specific solutions to schools to improve their operations to fulfill the students’ demands by using 40 Inventive Principles of TRIZ. The results have been found that it is difficult for students to obtain materials of the English class, have less speaking experience, they are not satisfied with the extra English courses at the university and they have expressed their dissatisfaction according to the native English speakers at their schools. The suggested solutions and recommendations for these problems included in this document are for the purpose of this case; however it can be applied to any field and major.
